Tickets were in the app when we got to the door, not a pdf I had to find in email

The time on the booking matched the board at the entrance. The map pin was the side entrance the staff actually used, the second time was the same

A candlelight concert listing named the room, and that was the room. We moved a booking to the next week from the order page, no call, the second time was the same

Refund on a cancelled date landed back on the card, not as a credit I would forget. Tickets were in the app when we got to the door, not a pdf I had to find in email, the second time was the same
